Mind and Tails provides services for dogs, cats and small animals. So rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles and fish welcome!
We'll send you an invoice via email once we have scheduled a free meet and greet at your home and the service has been agreed.
We're super flexible and can work around you. Weekends and bank holidays charges do vary and we fill up fast over the holidays so be sure to book in quick!
We're fully insured & DBS checked as well as pet first aid trained.

Yes. I specialise in working with nervous and anxious pets alongside those that are easily excitable.
Absolutely. Just be sure to provide me with the full information need to administer the medication.
YES! We're fully covered with insurance. Your dog needs to be:
- muzzled
- have all their exemption forms.
- neutered
- micro-chipped
- have public liability insurance certification
We understand how hard this can be when looking to go on holiday or even for a night at the cinema. We work with you and your pet in the lead up to your event, offering local walk meet ups, coffee drop ins at your home and short daytime or evening stays ranging from 30 mins up to overnight. We can build this up slowly and work at your pets pace, giving you peace of mind your furry friend will be relaxed and comfortable with us.
We'd love to help. As long as they're fully vaccinated, we'll help introduce them to the wider world in a way they won't feel overwhelmed.
We’re pet first aid trained and will always act in your pet’s best interest. You’ll be contacted immediately, and we’ll follow your emergency instructions on file.
We find that pets are most comfortable in their own homes so offer a home pet sitting experience, keeping routines and daily activities the same.
We understand life happens! Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. We’ll outline all policies clearly on the Dog Walking & Pet Sitting Contract you sign.
